The Burnt Wall is a 1,800 sq.ft restaurant interior in Haridwar that draws its design concept from the ancient craft of charred wood — a material transformed by fire into something of extraordinary beauty and resilience. Designed for Mr. Kamal Taneja, the space celebrates texture, darkness, and warmth.
The burnt timber wall surfaces, exposed brick, and amber-toned lighting create an atmosphere of atmospheric depth. The spatial layout encourages discovery — semi-private dining alcoves, a dramatic bar, and intimate seating clusters that reward those who linger. The Burnt Wall is a restaurant that feels ancient and entirely contemporary at once.
