Twilight Captured in Interior Space

Saanjh — named for the hour of dusk — is a 1,300 sq.ft restaurant interior in Bhupatwala, Haridwar. Designed for Mr. Hitesh Sharma, the space captures the warmth and atmospheric quality of twilight: layered lighting, rich material tones, and a spatial intimacy that invites lingering.

The dining environment is organized around the experience of gathering — tables that encourage conversation, lighting that flatters, and a material palette of warm amber, deep rust, and burnished metal. Saanjh is a restaurant that understands that great dining is as much about atmosphere as it is about food.
