The Arc as Architectural Protagonist
House Arco is a 6,500 sq.ft residence in Kankhal, Haridwar where the arc becomes the defining architectural gesture — a form that organizes space, guides movement, and frames views with quiet authority. Designed for Mr. Nilesh Jain, the project deploys curvilinear geometry as a language of warmth.
The architecture moves between bold public areas and intimate private retreats, the arc mediating between them with the ease of a practiced host. Material choices — stone floors, timber ceilings, and generous openings — ground the geometry in the tactile pleasures of well-crafted space.
