The Moon's Form, Built in Stone
The Crescent is a 3,750 sq.ft residential project in Kankhal, Haridwar — a home whose organizing geometry derives from the crescent form: an architecture of open embrace, of curvature that holds and shelters. Designed for Mr. Vishal Sikhola, the project is a meditation on the generative power of the arc.
The crescent form defines both the exterior massing and the interior spatial sequence — curved corridors, rooms that splay open to views, and a central garden court around which domestic life organizes itself. The Crescent is a home that feels both cosmically inspired and intimately human.
